Nina has known Jenara since the 9th grade. On the first day of school, Nina ran up to a tall blonde girl and said, "Omg, can you please hide me? My ex bf is over there." Jenara looked at this crazy girl and did exactly that. The rest is history, 34 years later and they are still the best of friends. They have a tremendous amount of the Best memories. Every year they create new memories especially at their annual San Francisco 49ers games when they act like their still young teenagers and pay for it the next morning. GO NINERS! 🎉

Nina has known Leika for about 10 years now. She met Leika through Chris. Leika is like a sister to him. Nina grew so fond of Leika she practically stole her from Chris. Leika is a huge part of Nina's life. She's the most loyal, caring and understanding person. Leika, her husband Uga and their son Zayden are like family. Nina considers Leika one of her closes friends and couldn't imagine her life without her. <3

Nina has known Arnelle since the 7th grade. They met at Kailua Intermediate. They had the same class together. Arnelle befriended Nina because they were in the same group. Arnelle used to be a cheerleader and loved wrestling in the 7th grade. The first time Nina went to Arnelle's house she had wrestling posters all over her room.

Nina and Arnelle experienced a lot firsts together but we won't mention any details. They were just pure angels growing up and created a lot of fun memories as teenagers.

Nina met Olelo in college at UH Manoa where she was studying to get her BFA. They met in an Art classroom. Nina used to cut her Japanese class and go to her next Art class where Olelo also frequented. They had similar bubbly personalities and hit it off keeping in touch over the years till this day.

Nina's partner in crime and party buddy. What else do you do in college?

Tami and Nina work together. They started off as co-workers getting to know each other and then their work relationship turned into a friendship outside of work. They've known each other for 13 years now, Tami is one of Nina's best friends. They have so much in common. Similar likes, interest and hobbies. They have a love for concerts, music and comedy shows. They love the ocean and you'll frequently catch them at the beach relaxing in their floaties with a drink in their cup holder.
